We’re excited to welcome you to ZTN! Travel can be tricky, so we want to walk you through what you need to do before arriving at the event.
Preparing to Travel to Canada? Check your Travel Documents: Electronic Travel Authorization and Passport
Citizens of all countries – including the USA – must have a valid passport to enter Canada (unless you are an American driving across the border and have an Enhanced Drivers Licence. If you don’t know if this applies to you, assume it does not.)
If you are applying for a Visa and need a letter to confirm event attendance, contact us and we can provide one to you.
In addition, if you hold a passport other than American or Canadian and are exempt from a visa requirement, you may require an ETA to enter Canada. It costs $7 and takes about 5 minutes to apply. Make sure you use the Government of Canada site directly, and not a third-party site!
Preparing for your ZTN Check-In
1: Make sure you have proof of identity and your ticket number
You’ll need your name and email (with ID proof) and your confirmation email or Danceplace ticket to pick up your pass. Have it ready when you get to the desk!
2: Plan your arrival
Registration is expected to be busiest at the start of the Thursday pre-party, start of Friday workshops, and start of the Friday party. If you’re arriving at a non-peak hour, consider picking up your wristband in advance and skip the long lines!
